The Challenge:


Santosham, an Authentic South Indian Restaurant, has a strong brand identity from the start. However, they faced a crucial challenge – harnessing the potential of social media to cultivate an organic following and to further expand their customer base.
With a legacy of 100-year-old Heritage recipes, they sought to bring their rich culinary heritage to a wider audience. They also were looking for a team that could help them create a strong brand image on social media and help them stand out from their competitors. And that’s when we stepped in!

The Jamming Session:


● To maintain a cohesive brand identity, we developed a uniform design language across various social media platforms.
● Our team created a comprehensive content strategy, emphasizing Santosham's authenticity and the legacy of their decade-old recipes guided our content creation journey.
● With meticulous attention to detail, we crafted compelling copy and eye-catching designs to engage the audience and effectively communicate the essence of Santosham's brand.
● As part of our strategy, we managed Google My Business reviews and messages, ensuring prompt and personalized responses to customers.
● Leveraging the influence of food experts, we partnered with individuals who could authentically convey Santosham's uniqueness to a wider audience, aligning seamlessly with the brand's identity.
● We successfully managed content for three major South Indian festivals (in the past year) - Pongal, Vishu, and Onam, with a specific focus on the celebrated Unlimited Banana Leaf Sadhya. These campaigns added a seasonal touch to our content and resonated with the brand's cultural heritage.

The Sweet Outcomes:


● Santosham's Instagram following grew from a modest 400-500 followers to an impressive 4000+ followers in just 10 months.
● This growth was a harmonious blend of paid advertising and our captivating organic content, demonstrating the brand's compelling story.. which very well resonated with its audience.
● The account's reach and engagement soared across all content types, including stories, reels, static posts, and carousels.
● Santosham expanded its footprint, boasting 4 QSR outlets in Thane and a thriving dine-in restaurant in Powai.
● The Unlimited Banana Leaf Sadhya remained a star attraction, but we also showcased other culinary delights specific but not limited to the best-selling Ghee Podi Idli and Hot Filter Coffee.
